October 30, 2025 – Petro Guardian, LLC has completed the sale of its lightning protection installation and inspection assets to ENRG Lightning Protection. Effective immediately, ENRG Lightning Protection will assume responsibility for all lightning protection installation and inspection services previously provided by Petro Guardian.
